this is a wrong date for the visit to Jerusalem, it is not the 11th of February (11.02.1898) but the 2nd of November (02.11.1898) as you can see it on the French or German Wikipedias. This mistake was due to the inversion between the two numbers 02 and 11, because of a special way to write the date in English. This visit of Herzl and others to Jerusalem was in fact simultaneous to that of Kaiser Wilhelm II in Paslestine (October - November 1898).
