You deleted an important paragraph from the entry that includes good references. Although they are written in Russian about ANDREI SKOCH's activities in the region, I read them.The references from February and August 2020. I think they are not that old. If you have new and better references, I would be happy to restore my restoration. Thank you.

Hi and sorry for a late reply. I believe you are mistaken - deleted paragraph was spammed heavily on xwiki in summer of 2023 prior to gubernatorial elections in Russia, promoting multiple candicacies throughout the country. While persons are notable/do actually exist, I think we should remove such listings (sometimes even wrongly compiled lists) as whole and not just the spamlinks. The fact they

are of Russian origin, make no difference to me - they were spammed on about 45 wikis altogether That they are old, is a mistake of mine as I haven't removed all spamlinks in their entirety, that's
