עיסא נח'לה (בערבית: عيسى نخله;[1] 1915–2003), היה ערבי-פלסטיני, שכיהן כנציג הליגה הערבית בארגנטינה, מנהל המשלחת הפלסטינית-ערבית לאו"ם ויועץ משפטי לקונגרס האסלאמי העולמי.[2][3]
נולד בארץ ישראל למשפחה נוצרית. למד באוניברסיטת לונדון והוסמך בלונדון כעורך דין.
פעיל בתסיסה של שנאה אנטי-יהודית והאדרת גרמניה הנאצית בארגנטינה של שנות החמישים, כמו באמצעות פרסום גליונו "אמריקה והמזרח" (בספרדית America y Oriente).[4][5][6]
באמצע 1947 הוא נסע לצפון אמריקה במטרה לגייס תמיכה לעניין הערבי[7].
בקשרים הדוקים עם עורך 'העולם הערבי' (Mundo Arabe שבצ'ילה, שנאסר על ידי בעלות הברית במהלך המלחמה והודיעו שייאסר שוב בשנת 1949[8] על ידי כלי תקשורת מובילים שם עקב הסתה. ההוא קידם את זיוף "הפרוטוקולים של זקני ציון" וקרא להם "עובדות").
ב־30 בדצמבר 1963 (תשכ"ג) הוא התכתב[9] עם "הפיהרר הקנדי" הפאשיסטי אדריאן ארקנד (מי שהוגדר כמו "הפשיסט הידוע ביותר בקנדה[10]).
תחת פעילותו ב"משלחת הפלסטינית", קו הדואר שלה שימש לדואר חומר לפרסום נאו-נאצי שנשא קודם לכן את הכותרת: "אדולף היטלר, ג'ורג' וושינגטון של אירופה".[11]
בשנת תשכ"ז, זמן קצר לפני פרוץ מלחמת ששת הימים, הוא נסע לנאום באירוע של גזענים לבנים בארצות הברית.[12]
במאי 1970 (תש"ל): מיחזר את ה"רעיונות" הישנים של היטלר ביהודים; דחף את המצאות הניאו נאצים על מלחמת העולם השנייה.[13]
בח' בכסלו תשל"ג (נובמבר-14–1972): הכחיש בגלוי באו"ם את השואה ומות היהודים בכלל.[14][15][16] הוא גם הציג זאת ברעיון שאימץ על ידי הנאצים, שזה הכל "נגד הגויים".
בשנת תשל"ג הסביר מדוע ערבים פלסטינים מתנגדים להנרי קיסינג'ר ב"מכתב מלא שנאה" (כולל) מכיוון שהיה יהודי פליט מגרמניה.[17] כשלחצו על הבהרת השקפתו על מינוי קיסינג'ר, עיסא נח'לה, קרא: "אתם היהודים עושים את אותו הדבר שעשיתם בגרמניה." [18]
בשנת תשל"ח, בפסגת השלום ההיסטורית של בגין וסאדאת בקמפ דייוויד, עיסא נח'לה מיהר לשלוח תזכיר בו הוא הכחיש את השואה, ונשלח לג'ימי קרטר וסאדאת.[19]
נאם ב"כינוס" של מכחישי השואה מטעם "הקונגרס המוסלמי"; פרסם "קטע" הכחשה בפרסום שלהם; כתב עבור קבוצות גזעניות שונות.[20][21][22][23]
בתשמ"ב: יחד עם ליווי-רוויזיוניסטים, מכחישי-שואה ודוגלי "עליונות-על" (עם הצגת התואר, כאיש המשלחת הרשמית הערבית-פלסטינית - יועץ באו"ם, ויועץ הקונגרס המוסלמי) הגנו בבית המשפט על מכחיש השואה השוודי דיטלייב פלדרר - והגדירוהו כ"מלומד".[24][25][26][27]
בכנס תעמולתי, בתשמ"ד, בדיטרויט, שיבח את האנטישמי הנודע צ'רלס קופלין (Charles Coughlin 1891-1979).[28]
