ישראל רוחומובסקי S. Roukhomovsky היה אמן רב תחומי, פסל, צייר וצורף אמן. פעל באודסה ופריז. פעיל ציוני.

ביוגרפיה

ישראל רוחומבסקי נולד בשנת 1860 למשפחה עניה בעיירה Mozyr בבלארוס. יותר מ75% מתושבי העיירה היו יהודים. לפי מספר דיווחים הוריו רצו שיהיה רבי (vanov p. 18).

במוזיאון לאוצרות ההיטורים של אוקראינה (the Museum of Historical Treasures of the Ukraine) מוצגת עבודה של רוחומובסקי הקרויה Trinket - שלד מזהב שיצר בשנת 1893 באודסה.
