Abd al-Kadir al-Husayni (1907-1948) is the prominent military leader of Palestinian fighters during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War.

According to the Unesco's collection of copyright laws, copyrights for images are limited to 25 years in Jordan (Jordanian takeover of West Bank after the 1948 war a part of the former Palestine British Mandate territory.

יצירה זו היא ברשות הציבור (נחלת הכלל) כי זכויות היוצרים עליה פקעו בישראל. לפי חוק זכות יוצרים, התשס"ח-2007, יצירה עוברת לרשות הציבור ב-1 בינואר של השנה ה-71 לאחר מות היוצר/ת, אלא אם מתקיימים התנאים הבאים: אם מדובר בתצלום שנעשה עד ל-24 במאי 2008 (ועד בכלל), חל על התצלום החוק המנדטורי הישן, כלומר זכויות היוצרים עליו פוקעות ב-1 בינואר של השנה ה-51 לאחר יצירת התצלום (סעיף 78(ט) של החוק משנת 2007, וסעיף 21 בחוק הישן). אם זכויות היוצרים על היצירה שייכות למדינת ישראל, המדינה היא הבעלים הראשונים של זכויות היוצרים, ואין הסכם מיוחד בין המדינה ליוצר/ת, זכויות היוצרים פוקעות ב-1 בינואר של השנה ה-51 לאחר מעשה היצירה (סעיפים 36 ו-42 לחוק החדש).
