Per this deletion discussion, its use here on Wikimedia Commons is acceptable as the French prohibition on Freedom of Panorama does not apply in these circumstances. The gravestone is also a purely functional mass-produced item involving no original artistic work, and so the use of the image is also likely to be acceptable under French law.
