With permission of "Bureau of Internal Affairs Principality of Sealand"

Because of the irreplacable nature of this photo, and the permission afforded by the "government" we ask that further consideration before deleting this image.

My reading is they assigned GFDL (at least, or PD), and they would have assigned copyright to Wikipedia foundation if they had been asked again. Plus the other images on the emails - please tag as gfdl. Full clarification of which they meant would be better. Justinc 00:05, 30 September 2005 (UTC)

They actually have assigned it to the public domain. I emailed them and that's what they said. See the emails subpage. - Ta bu shi da yu 14:13, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
