English: Image by User:R-41 of the flag of the Albanian Minority of Kosovo in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. It is similiar to the flag of Albania used in the same period but the star is larger and placed toward the hoist and the proportions are 1:2.

This applies to works already in the public domain before the breakup of SFR Yugoslavia in 1991.

The work meets one of the following criteria:

a) a work of known authorship and the author died before January 1, 1941

b) an anonymous work and it was published before January 1, 1941

c) a photograph or a work of applied art published before January 1, 1966
